India is a sleeping country. It never shows enthusiasm or aggression even towards some potential threats like KASHMIRIS. History teaches us that the terrorists get full support of Kashmiri's locales, and even youths of Kashmir take proud to become Fidayeen .
I don't know why our country is not even concerned over this issue. Indian forces should be more strict towards Kashmiris, they should all be thoroughly scrutinized. It is a fact that no external terrorists can succeed in their deed without internal support. We must ensure that we eliminate this internal support. And yes stop trusting Kashmiris.
India is a "Peaceful" country, and we have seen an example of that in 1972 war, where our Great Indian Army captured Lahore, but due to our peaceful nature we came back. Had India not been that peaceful, Pakistan would have been fighting with India for Lahore today.
If India doesn't take stringent actions, it will not be showing it's peaceful nature rather it will show India's IMPOTENCE.

ReplyDeleteIndian government is not using Army against Naxals, mentioning that they are our people (Indian), neglecting the fact that naxals are killing Jawans. While in Kashmir our forces are killing stone pelter, are these protesters killing any one. You need army to control protester in Kashmir while you dont need them for serious militia in Jungles.
So my dear friend it very sensitive issue and has to be handled with care.
If Kashmiri's are not Indian then how can Kashmir be India's.
I totally agree with you that Army should be used against Naxals...Kashmiris are as Indians as anybody else ....but some of them indulge in activities against India...so we need to scrutinize in order to eliminate those bunch of people..

ReplyDeleteWell my friend Vinod I truly agree with you that our country is lagging in long term planning..but thats only because these issues have been troubling for the last 15-20 years....So now there is a need to quickly sort out these issues, so that we can think of long term planning....Take example of US they reacted very swiftly...I am not saying that we should take such aggressive actions ...but a bit of aggression is necessary....
ReplyDeleteDear,please try to differentiate between ills and issues.These are the issues which have not been sorted out timely hence the ills.If(somebody, I wish it may never happen to anyone) somebody takes away your bread and butter along with peace of mind than what should be the reaction? is antbody,s guess.you place yourself in their place and then you will get the answer.POOR GOVERNANCE IS THE REASON AND WE ALL WHO HAS EASY LIFESTYLES ARE TO BE BLAMED.I GIVE YOU A SIMLE EXAMPLE, SEE THE WHEATHER FORECAST THOROUGHLY,YOU WILL FIND ONLY SELECTED PLACES ARE COVERED WHERE IT HOLDS NO VALUE BUT THE REMOTE AREAS AND EVEN MOSTLY ALL NORTH EASTERN STATES ARE FORGOTTEN WHO NORMALLY FACES THE BRUNT.WHAT PEOPLE RESIDING IN THESE AREAS SHOULD THINK-- RE THEY PART OF US????
